Kalidindi C.B.E

Dr Sri Kalidindi C.B.E has decades' worth of NHS and direct clinical experience, supporting people with the most severe mental health conditions, getting their lives back on track and attaining their goals and has set international mental health policy and training.
As a coach, she enables senior high-performing people, to attain their next levels of health and well-being, hand-in-hand with increased levels of joy and professional success.
Her personal experience of reaching the brink of burnout whilst in high-performing national leadership roles and using evidence-based methods to turn this around is embedded in klip.
Awards include Royal College of Psychiatrists, Psychiatrist of the Year, 2017-18. She was honoured with a C.B.E. by Her Majesty the Queen in 2019. Holder of a national Clinical Excellence Award and is an invited World Health Organisation Advisor. Caring for the health and well-being of employees and employers is at the heart of her work at a national level.

Dr Sarah Hughes

Sarah has worked in mental health and criminal justice for 30 years. Having initially trained as a social worker, Sarah has managed a range of innovative community and secure services. She also led the research and evaluation of the pioneering First Night in Custody project in Holloway Prison which saw the roll out of these principles across the prison estate supported by the Cabinet Office.
As Chief Executive of Mind, she works with the UK government and high-profile organisations on mental health policy and practice. Sarah holds a number of trustee and board roles for organisations such as Agenda Alliance, Association of Mental Health Providers, the Football Association and City Mental Health Alliance. She is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Salzburg Global, Zinc Academy and the Mental Health Collective. In 2019 Sarah also joined the prestigious Sciana Health Leaders Network.
Sarah is undertaking a professional doctorate with the Tavistock and Port man Centre, studying women, resilience and leadership.

Emily Hawkins-Longley is a highly respected HR Director in the creative space. She holds extensive experience across the HR sector, having held positions at companies such as Swarovski, Net-A-Porter, Hugo Boss, Conde Nast Britain, M&C Saatchi, and Dazed Media. At present, Emily is the Head of People at Dazed Media.
Professor David Sallah

David Sallah is a professor of mental health and director of research, ethics and consultancy at the University of Wolverhampton. He heads the school of health's research group and chairs both the school's research and ethics committee, and the policy board of the university-wide research institute for healthcare science, and is also a member of the university research committee.
Prior to this, David held senior positions in the NHS and the private health sector as a nurse, manager, service development consultant, and a national journal editor with experience in various areas of mental health care provision (community, acute in-patient and secure). He has knowledge and skills in policy formulation and implementation, and monitoring the effectiveness of provision at service, national and government levels.

He began his career in marketing at Quirk, where he was responsible for building and leading teams across media, data, social, search, eCommerce, web development, UX, and product design.

Dr Trudi Seneviratne

Dr Trudi Seneviratne is a consultant adult and perinatal psychiatrist. She is a lead consultant for the specialist perinatal services ( 2007-2010 and 2012-current) and a lead for children’s safeguarding at the Trust. She leads a multidisciplinary team in assessing and managing women who experience mental illness either during pregnancy or in the postnatal period and their families. She is the Clinical Director for Psychological Medicine Clinical Academic Group.
